guys night out. farhan, danial, jasmi, ilyasaa, fadzil and myself set out on a journey, a journey we like to call 'operation code' -inside joke-

after playing lan at paradiz centre, we headed to kallang macs to grab takeaway. At first i suggested watching the fireworks from the tennis centre, but were stop by men in blue, with orange hats and a red truck. like fadzil would say, men with beard. so we walked, supposedly towards stadium waterfront, but in the end we sat down in the middle of the road within a 500m radius of the national stadium.

we sat down, chilled and ate our macs as the apaches (however it's spelled) and the jets flew past. the view of the fireworks was simply awesome. we caught it from right under our noses la. crystal clear, picture perfect (:

pretty nice la, sitting on the grass patch, recalling the old times and ushering the new. how i wished i brought her along.

in fact, i did asked, but she didn't want to. ):

i guess, i just gotta keep on waiting and wait for my chance.
